Materials
The materials used in a Bougarini Home besides the lumber, come from the latest technology in the construction industry, which allows our Customers to live in a healthy, warm, and most important of all, a safe environment.
Bougarini believes in providing our costumers with maintenance free and guaranteed homes.
Building on Corfu Island and in Canada we are able to adapt our construction methods to many Different environments. To do this we use the latest in exterior sheathing such as Aqua-Panel and Dryvit® Outsulation Rendering which comes over 700 colors and many types of finishes.
Inside each panel wall section is insulated with ROCKWOOL fiber insulation giving a high “R” value for thermal and sound insulation, along with a vapor barrier.
We make sure always to provide our customers we the highest of fires safety as possible using the materials we do.
The final finish internally is with gypsum board (drywall) which can be rendered with any type of finish our customers choose.
Skirting boards and trimming are complete.
